Over the last 10 years, I’ve been a trusted business advisor to a range of clients - from solopreneurs to big corporates, I love it all. With so much pressure and anxiety to perform (and the business landscape constantly evolving), many people find it hard to get from A to B. I can help you prioritise your goals and kick them out of the park. My previous clients will tell you I won’t give up until a problem is resolved and I am very hands-on, so no chance of you falling off the Hey Scout business wagon.
How I work
I tailor my coaching style to you—I can do butt-kicker tough love, supportive best friend, or a combination of both. But I always ask probing questions, flip your world-view on its head, and open up all those potential options that may be hidden to you right now. Above all, I always leave you with action points to keep you moving, and you know I will be checking in to keep you on track for success.
I view each situation through an unbiased lens, so we can work together toward a solution that is unique and tailored for you, your needs, your goals, and your people. I know that work is a key part of every day, and I believe in optimising every aspect of it so you can be as content and balanced as possible in every aspect of your life.
